The ownership team of Lundy Services, LLC is comprised of Joe Sardina, Jason Marshall, and Ken Phillips. Each partner brings their own vast experience of the construction industry. Joe Sardina is responsible for the Corporate Operations of the company. Jason Marshall is responsible for the Millwork Division. Ken Phillips is responsible for the Drywall Division. Collectively, they work to make Lundy Services a leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth construction market.
Lundy Services, LLC is composed of two divisions, one that specializes in custom commercial millwork and the other specializing in commercial drywall. Our senior division managers oversee some of the industry’s best estimators, project managers and foremen in the commercial drywall and millwork business. We have one of the largest custom millwork manufacturing plants in the state of Texas with the Dallas and Farmers Branch shops totaling over 100,000 square feet under roof. The equipment and software we use in these facilities are state of the art. Our workforce in the field are highly trained in the craft they practice and extremely dedicated to being the best in their trades. Our office staff also does a wonderful job of supporting both our customers and our project teams to help facilitate all of our goals and to help complete each mission.
When the project calls for custom drawings, as so many do these days, we also take pride in having our very own in house engineering team that can produce the most detailed drawings for any size job no matter how small or large or technical it might be.

James Lundy started Lundy Services, Inc. in 1988. The company has been an instrumental part of the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial construction industry. As a leader in the Millwork/Drywall business, Lundy Services has a proven track record of performance. In the early years, Lundy Services was primarily a Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling, and Flooring contractor. As the business grew, the Millwork department was added to the services provided. In 1997 the millwork division expanded with the opening of the Garland millwork shop. The combined square footage of the Dallas and Garland millwork shops totals 100,000 SF. The Drywall Division relocated to Farmers Branch in 2005 to provide addition office / warehouse space.
Lundy Services has grown over the years into one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s largest specialty contractors providing commercial interior construction and custom architectural millwork, and the growth and quality service have not gone unnoticed. In 1999 Lundy Services was named to the Dallas 100, in recognition of being one of the fastest growing privately-owned companies in Dallas. The January, 2000 issue of Commercial Builder/Architect magazine presented a feature article on Lundy Services extolling the service of the company, and May, 2001 issue of Texas Construction Magazine listed Lundy Services as one of the top specialty trade contractors in the state of Texas. As well as being an industry leader in their field, Lundy Services has taken a leadership role in several trade associations benefiting the subcontracting and supplier communities.
As a member of the American Subcontractors Association, Lundy Services plays an active role in the development of Contractor/Subcontractor relationships. The company has also give back to the community by supporting and sponsoring numerous charitable organizations including Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Happy Hills Farm and various youth organizations.
